Your employment agreement

If you sign an employement agreement with ITSync, your official employer will be ITSync Services BV.

ITSync Services BV works under the Dutch law of temporary workers, which has it's own collective labor agreement.

Your employment agreement wil include:

  • Starting date as mentioned
  • A provisioning section, as you're contracted to one of our clients
  • Travel expenses
    • We will pay for your home/work travel expenses with public transportation, 2nd class
    • If you work from home (or hybrid), you'll receive €2,40 per day as compensation (which will be deducted if you're going to the office)
    • You'll receive a compensation of €25 per month for internet connection expenses
  • Pension:
    • The first 8 weeks there's no pension contribution
    • From week 9 to 60, you're on the basic plan (so 52 weeks)
    • After 60 weeks (from starting date) we'll transfer you to a pension plus plan, a total of 12% of your gross salary. As your employer we'll pay 66,6% and you pay 33,3% of the premium

  • Days-off and holiday payments:
    • If you work full-time (40 hours per week), you'll receive 25 paid for holiday days. More info can be found here
    • Next to that you'll receive 8,33% holiday payments on your gross salary. This will be paid either on a monthly or yearly basis
