Flight Tickets

Flight Tickets

In accordance with our international travel policy, you, along with your partner and/or children (under 18 on travel date), are entitled to Economy Class air travel or 2nd Class train travel. ITSync will take care of booking your tickets, and you can coordinate with your account manager to discuss preferred routes and dates.

ITSync covers the cost of flight tickets, including standard luggage, for the consultant and their dependent members (partners, children (under 18 on travel date)). We ensure coverage of travel expenses for dependent members if they relocate within the first year of employment, even if not immediately.

Upon arrival at the airport, your account manager will be present to greet you and assist with transportation to your new apartment or temporary accommodation. They will also provide a neighbourhood tour and supply you with some grocery bags. Our aim is to ensure you feel like valued guests and start your work smoothly without any worries.

***Please note that if you are already employed in the Netherlands prior to joining ITSync and wish to bring your family members, the costs of their transfer to the Netherlands will not be covered by ITSync.***
