Repayment Arrangement

Repayment Arrangement

To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved, ITSync has established a comprehensive repayment arrangement regarding expenses incurred in the event of employment termination within the first 12 months of starting.

Coverage
Our repayment arrangement encompasses various essential expenses incurred by employees relocating to the Netherlands for their assignments, including:

  • Inbound ticket(s) for the employee and their eligible dependent family members.
  • Visa costs for the employee and their family, where applicable.
  • Necessary home setup items such as chairs, desks, and monitors to facilitate a conducive work environment.

Reimbursement scale
Transparency and fairness are paramount in our approach to reimbursement. Therefore, the repayment scale is structured as follows:

  • Resignation within 6 months: Should an employee resign within the initial 6 months of their assignment, ITSync will be fully reimbursed 100% of the incurred costs.
  • Resignation between 6 and 12 months: In the event of resignation between the 6th and 12th months of employment, the company will reimburse 50% of the expenses.
  • Resignation after 12 months: If resignation occurs after completing 12 months from the start date, no reimbursement will be required from the departing employee.

Termination by employer
It's important to note that the same repayment terms apply in the event of ITSync terminating the employment contract for cause. This ensures equitable treatment for all parties involved and upholds our commitment to fairness.
