The Highly Skilled Migrant (HSM) visa in the Netherlands is designed for individuals who are deemed to have high-level skills that are valuable to the Dutch labour market. This program allows Dutch employers to bring in skilled workers from outside the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland to fill positions for which there is a shortage of suitable candidates within those areas. To qualify, both the employer and the employee must meet specific criteria, including a minimum salary threshold, and the employer must be recognized by the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) as a sponsor. 

The Highly Skilled Migrant (HSM) visa is the main type of visa that ITSync applies for its candidates. ITSync is a registered sponsor with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND), which allows them to bring in skilled professionals from outside Europe to work in the Netherlands.

For us to process your HSM visa we will need some documents in advance. Download the below documents from our site, fill them out, sign them and return them to us digitally in an email:

• A copy of your passport:  You will receive a request via CheckedID to verify your passport. Make sure it's valid for at least 1 year.
  
• A filled and signed Antecedents Certificate
• Clean Criminal Record Declaration: Everyone who is above the age of 12 must fill in the Appendix Antecedents Certificate, to indicate whether you have ever committed an offence or crime and pose a danger to the public or national security.
• Declare that you will undergo a TB (tuberculosis) test after arriving in the Netherlands: unless your nationality is on the TB test exemption list.
